●Delivery is available within designated areas, subject to a delivery fee paid by the buyer. Delivery fees are for one-way delivery only.

●Customers must provide complete and correct delivery details. We are not liable for failed deliveries due to wrong or missing information.
●All dried flower arrangements are custom-made and include personalized elements (e.g., essential oils, custom letters). These are non-cancellable and non-refundable once prepared.
●Constructive Delivery: In accordance with the Civil Code of the Philippines, handing the order to the courier with the intent to deliver constitutes delivery to the buyer. Once in the courier’s possession, risk and responsibility pass to the buyer.
●Upon arrival, the courier will call or message you. If you are unreachable within 15 minutes, a ₱50 waiting fee per additional 10 minutes will be charged to cover rider waiting costs.

●If there is still no response after 45 minutes, the order will be returned to the store and marked as completed. No refund will be issued.

●We strictly follow a Payment-First Policy. Cash on Delivery (COD) or pay-later options are not available.

●Accepted payment methods: Gcash, Bank Transfer and Paypal

●Orders will be processed only after full payment has been received and confirmed.

●Proof of payment must be sent within 24 hours of placing the order; otherwise, the order may be cancelled.

●All payments are non-refundable once the order is confirmed, as all arrangements are custom-made and prepared specifically for each buyer.

●Our floral arrangements may include a mix of real dried flowers, wooden flowers, fossilized flowers, sola flowers and etc.

●Each arrangement is handcrafted, and as such, variations in color, size, or shape may occur. These differences are part of the uniqueness of our products and do not constitute grounds for return or refund.

●To help your dried flowers last up to one (1) year or longer:

-Keep them away from direct sunlight to prevent fading.

-Store them in a cool, dry place and avoid exposure to moisture to prevent mold growth.

-Handle gently to avoid breakage of delicate petals and stems.

●We are not liable for any damage resulting from improper handling, exposure to heat, moisture, or other environmental factors after delivery.

●All orders are final once confirmed and paid. We do not accept cancellations.

●No refunds will be issued for change of mind, incorrect delivery details provided by the buyer, failure to receive the order within the specified delivery window, or damages caused by improper handling after delivery.

●Refunds will only be considered in cases of:

-Incorrect item sent (must be reported within 24 hours of receipt with photo/video proof).

-System/technical error

●Due to the handcrafted nature of our arrangements, slight variations in color, size, or design from product photos are normal and not grounds for a refund or replacement.

We are an online-based flower shop and do not currently operate a physical storefront.
